Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 23 January 2009 at 1.00pm, by special resolution of the shareholders, RETAIL ON MAIN LIMITED was placed in liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and Michael Joseph Cooper was appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 12 March 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
