Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Joseph Craig McNeill and Stephen James Scott, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly
and severally as liquidators of ROB AND CHRIS MACHINERY LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders on 3 December 2009 at 3.00pm, the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
