Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 December 2009 at the times stated below:
- BOULEVARD HOTEL LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 10.30am.
- DAI KANAE INVESTMENTS LIMITED
(in receivership and in liquidation) at 10.34am.
- RIVERHEAD TAVERN LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.58am
- THE SPA & POOL FACTORY (in receivership and
in liquidation) at 11.00am.
We fix 15 January 2010, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before their claims
are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
