Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Stephen Underwood was appointed liquidator of the
above-named company on 9 November 2009 at 3.48pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of PETHERICK PROPERTIES LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) fixes 24 December 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
