Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 29 January 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DASH PUBLISHING LIMITED be liquidated and that Manisha Kesha, of SME Financial Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 29 January 2009.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of DASH PUBLISHING LIMITED has confirmed 28 February 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
