Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of WENSLEY GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by order of the High Court on 18 November 2009 at 10.39am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of WENSLEY GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 5 January 2010, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
