Notice of Appointment of Administrator and Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of ROD PERCIVAL BUILDERS LIMITED (administrator appointed) on 20 November 2009, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
The first meeting of creditors of the company, in terms of section 239AN of the Companies Act 1993, will be held
at the business premises of the company at 233 South Highway, Whitianga, on 30 November 2009, commencing at 11.00am.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
(a) decide whether to replace the administrator with an alternative administrator; and
(b) decide whether to appoint a creditors' committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
