Notice of Appointment of Administrators

The above-named company was placed into voluntary administration with effect from 4.45pm on 10 November 2009 by written resolution of the board of the company of even date.
Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed administrators pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting
The administrators advise that the first meeting of creditors will be held at Staples Rodway, Level 9, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, on Friday, 20 November 2009 at 10.00am.
Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:
(a) deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
(b) deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
