Notice of Appointment of Voluntary Administrators and Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Sections 239AO and 239ADW(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass, of Insolvency Management Limited, were appointed as joint and several administrators to the
above-named company on 15 October 2009, by the company, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
The administration commenced on that date.
Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to sections 239AJ and 239AN of the Act, on Wednesday, 28 October 2009 at 3.30pm at the Fitzgerald Conference Room, Holiday Inn on Avon, 356 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
(a) whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
(b) if so, who are to be the committee's members.
At the meeting, the creditors may also by resolution:
(a) remove the administrators from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as administrators of the company.
