Notice is hereby given that on 8 May 2009 at 9.00am, the company, in terms of section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, appointed Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountant of Auckland, as administrator.
A meeting of creditors of HOMES AUCKLAND EAST TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED will be held in the Conference Room, Level 2, Southern Cross Building,
59 High Street, Auckland, on Thursday, 21 May 2009, commencing at 10.00am.
Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting are required to have registered their debt with the administrator not less than
48 hours before the meeting.
