Notice of Appointment of Administrators
Pursuant to Sections 239AO and 239ADW(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins, of Insolvency Management Limited, were appointed as joint and several administrators to the above-named company on 1 May 2009 by the company, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
The administration commenced on that date.
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is now given that a first meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to sections 239AJ and 239AN of the Act, on Tuesday, 12 May 2009 at 3.00pm, at the offices of Mediation Services, 6th Floor, Burns House, 10 George Street, Dunedin.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
(a) whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
if so,
(b) who are to be the committee's members.
At the meeting, the creditors may also by resolution:
(a) remove the administrators from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as administrators of the company.
