Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 239AO of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that Malcolm Grant Hollis and John
Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed joint and several administrators of VCOMMS LIMITED on 6 April 2009.
A meeting of the creditors of the company will be held
on 17 April 2009 at 12.00 midday at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, 119 The Terrace, Wellington.
Creditors should arrive 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting to facilitate registration procedures.
The purpose of the meeting is to decide:
(a) whether to appoint a creditors’ committee; and
(b) if so, to appoint its members.
At the meeting, creditors may also by resolution:
(a) remove the administrators from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as administrator of the company.
Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
