Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that the boards of directors of Power Systems Consultants New Zealand Limited (“PSC”) and System Studies Group NZ Limited (“SSG”) have resolved to amalgamate and continue as PSC.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered office of:
PSC at 62 Kiriwai Road, Paremata, Wellington; or
SSG at 91 Main Road, Tawa, Wellington
during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
