Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Notice is given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, of the proposed amalgamation of
Red Rocks Advertising Limited and Ogilvy New Zealand Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either company and any person to whom either company is under an obligation at the registered offices:
Red Rocks Advertising Limited, Level 1, 23 Kent Terrace, Wellington; or
Ogilvy New Zealand Limited, Level 1, 22 Stanley Street, Parnell, Auckland;
or at the offices of
Holmden Horrocks, Spicers House, 2 Burns Avenue, Takapuna, during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of either company is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either company.
