Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that the above-named companies propose
to amalgamate upon the date on which all necessary documents are filed with the Registrar of Companies and a certificate of amalgamation is issued by the Registrar of Companies.
WSD Global Markets Limited (formerly WSD Financial (NZ) Limited) is to continue as the amalgamated company. Upon the amalgamation taking effect, WSD Global Markets Limited will also trade as WSD Financial (NZ).
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of any of the companies or any person to whom any of the companies
are under an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of any of the companies, or any person to whom any company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of
the amalgamation proposal upon request to any of the companies.
