I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies and the Overseas Register, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the following liquidator and companies by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and, where applicable, entering new share totals or otherwise adjusting the Register. K2 Asset Management Limited (2077587) – registration of company on Overseas Register should have been a documents-only registration under the Securities Act (Australian Registered Managed Investment Scheme) Exemption Notice 2003 – 21 December 2007.
Risk Management Holdings Limited (in liquidation) (1166644) – liquidators appointed outside the 10-working day limit of section 241AA(2) of application being filed for appointment of liquidator by the High Court – 28 September 2008 (application by liquidators).
Sina Limited (in liquidation) (1903137) – board intended to apply for removal from the Register under section 318(1)(d) but instead notified company as being in liquidation – 11 February 2008.
The Parts Connection Limited (563647) – annual return incorrectly filed – 15 September 2008.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by 14 November 2008 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
