Notice of Execution of Deed of Company Arrangement
Notice is hereby given that the company executed a deed
of company arrangement ("DOCA") on 28 August 2008 and a copy of the DOCA has been filed with the Companies Office, pursuant to section 239ADY of the Companies Act 1993.
A copy of the DOCA may be inspected at the offices
of Ashton Wheelans & Hegan, Chartered Accountants,
127 Armagh Street, Christchurch, during normal business hours.
