I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on
the application of the following liquidators, companies and persons by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and, where applicable, entering new share totals or otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

New Jimmy Investment Co., Limited (1945419) – R. Moors and T. J. E. Delamere (applicants) incorrectly notified as being directors – 13 May 2008, 19 May 2008 and 23 June 2008 – and shareholders – 4 June 2008.
Three Dogs Limited (2090388) – incorrect constitution filed – 11 February 2008.
TNT Building Developments Limited (in liquidation) (1214712) – liquidators appointed outside the 10-working day limit of section 241AA(2) of application being filed for appointment of liquidator by the High Court – 8 July 2008 (application by liquidators).
Vanity Walk Limited (146885) – removal request under section 318(1)(d) to be revoked – 3 June 2008.
Vision Software Limited (682205) – date of issue of 40,000 shares stated as 30 September 2007 instead of 31 March 2007 – 8 May 2008.
Westside Media Limited (1458991) – notice of issue of 250,000 shares dated 7 November 2007 did not take place –
11 December 2007.
Xero Limited (1830488) – issue of 15,000,000 shares notified twice – 30 July 2007.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by 21 August 2008 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
