Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993
The boards of Provenco Group Limited and Cadmus Technology Limited give notice of the proposed amalgamation between Provenco Group Limited and Cadmus Technology Limited (each an amalgamating company).
Provenco Group Limited is intended to continue as the amalgamated company.
Following the amalgamation, it is proposed that the merged company will change its name to a name yet to be determined.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of each amalgamating company detailed below, during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be provided free of charge with
a copy of the amalgamation proposal by writing to the registered office of that amalgamating company, detailed below, requesting a copy.

Provenco Group Limited, 25 College Hill, Freemans Bay, Auckland.
Cadmus Technology Limited, 182-190 Wairau Road, Glenfield, Auckland.
