Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Waterfront Cottages Limited and Windsor Management Services Limited hereby give notice that in not less than
20 working days from the date of this notice, they
propose to amalgamate and continue as Waterfront Cottages Limited (“the amalgamated company”) and the amalgamated company will change its name to Windsor Management Services Limited.
Any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom the amalgamating companies are under an obligation, shall be entitled to receive a copy of
the amalgamation proposal free of charge upon request
to the amalgamating companies, or may inspect copies of the amalgamation proposal at the registered office of the companies as detailed below during normal business hours:
Waterfront Cottages Limited and/or Windsor Management Services Limited, c/o The Whyte Group, Level 10, 2 Hunter Street, Wellington.
