Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of creditors of the above-named companies will be held at 10.00am on Friday, 21 November 2008 at Christchurch Park, 250 Westminster Street, St Albans, Christchurch.
Registration for all creditors and employees will open at 9.30am.
Agenda
The purpose of the meeting is:
1. to review the administrator’s report which was mailed to all creditors on 13 November 2008; and
2. for the creditors of the companies to resolve whether:
(a) each company execute a deed of company arrangement; or
(b) the administration should end; or
(c) the companies be put into liquidation; and
3. any other business properly brought before the meeting.
