Notice is given that a second meeting of creditors of
A & M Construction (Auckland) Limited (administrator appointed) will be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, 27–33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Wednesday, 24 September 2008, commencing at 2.00pm.
Registration will be from 1.45pm.

1. To consider the report of the administrator.
2. To determine:
(a) whether to execute a deed of company arrangement;
(b) whether the administration should end; or
(c) whether the company should be placed in liquidation.
