Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to:
(a) consider an explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment;
(b) consider confirmation of the current liquidator or appointment of another in his place;
(c) consider appointment of a creditors' committee;
(d) receive the views of creditors; and
(e) consider general business.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 23 September 2008
at 1.00pm, in the Armada Room, Kingsgate Hotel, 110 Fitzherbert Avenue, Palmerston North.
