Notice of Adjourned Watershed Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that the adjourned watershed meeting of creditors of Jennian Homes North Shore Limited (administrators appointed) will be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Friday, 13 June 2008, commencing at 10.00am.
Registration will be from 9.45am.
Business
1. To consider the second report of the administrators.
2. To determine:
(a) whether the administrators should execute a deed of company arrangement; or
(b) whether the administration should end; or
(c) whether the company should be placed in liquidation.
3. To consider whether to pass any resolutions setting out views of creditors relating to the administration.
