Notice of Watershed Meetings
The administrators advise that the watershed meetings of creditors of the above-named companies will be held at Level 9, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, on Thursday, 12 June 2008 at the following times:
- ICPBio Limited at 10.30am.
- ICP Biotechnology Limited at 11.15am.
- ICP Holdings Limited at 11.30am.
- ICP Biologicals Limited at 11.40am.
The watershed meetings are convened for purposes of
deciding the future of the company and, in particular, whether the company should execute a deed of company arrangement, or that the company should be placed into liquidation or that the administration should end.
