Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Stuart James Cunningham, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed administrators of Swordfish Lodge Management Limited (administrators appointed) on 4 March 2008 at 1.15pm.
Take notice that the watershed meeting of creditors will take place at The Auckland Club, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland, on Thursday, 27 March 2008 at 11.00am.
Registration will commence at 10.30am.
