South Auckland Land District under 412537, being part Okoroire Block, which is the residue of the land remaining in
Deeds Index, Volume 1K, folio 175, such land being part of the land granted to 10 Maori owners and conveyance 1629, dated the 16th day of September 1875, from the Maori owners to William Thorne Buckland, under Crown Grant, Deed Index 2GK.64, on 9 October 1868, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
