Description: An estate in fee simple in 1.8602 hectares, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Otago Land District under 396501 being part Sections 5, 6 and 7 Block I Otago Peninsula Survey District which is the residue of the land comprised in Deeds Index A538 and J681, such land being part of the land originally granted to Alexander Stuart, under Crown Grant 16394 on 4 June 1867, with the last recorded documentary owner being John Bannerman Stuart.
