Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 12.5453 hectares, being Section 6 Square 72 Amuri, Section 1 Square 183 Amuri and Section 10 Square 186, being all of the land contained in Computer Freehold Registers CBAM1C/514, CBAM10/21 and CBAM1G/181, Canterbury Land District.
Circumstances: The registered proprietors of the above land are William Longley Fowler, Frederick William Delamain and Charles Manders respectively and the land is situated at St James Station.
