Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 591 square metres, being part Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Hawkes Bay Land District under 349458 being part Block 58 Patangata Crown Grant District, such land being the land granted to James Fougere of Waipureku, publican under Crown Grant 774 on 24 October 1860 who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
