Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Pius Tan, Wellington Wee Khoon Tan and Beng Choo Tan to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold
premises under lease D685105.1 of the land in Computer Freehold Register 142953 of which the lessor is Pius Tan, Wellington Wee Khoon Tan and Beng Choo Tan and the lessee is Bawa Overseas Corporation Limited.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application 7885692.2 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on
13 October 2008.
