Description: An estate in fee simple in 299 square metres, being part Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land District under 397255 being part Rural Section 266 which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 1D, folio 202, such land being land granted to Reverend Benjamin Woolley Dudley by The Canterbury Association Incorporated on 10 December 1851 and who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
