Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Glenkeith Industries
(NZ) Limited to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease 383873.1 of the land in Computer Freehold Register NL78/4 of which the lessor is Glenkeith Industries (NZ) Limited and
the lessee is Lane Holdings Limited.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application 7845397.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on
3 August 2008.
