Description: Estate in fee simple in 5531 square metres, being Lots 1, 3 and 4 on a plan lodged for deposit with Land Information New Zealand under 370200, being parts Section 1 of 13 Block VIII Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index V5, such land being the land conveyed to the above applicant under conveyance 144957 on 1 December 1927.
