Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Anthony Edmund Stehlin and Michael Paul Stehlin to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease 215281.1 of the land in Computer Freehold Register GS3D/577 of which the lessors are Anthony Edmund Stehlin and Michael Paul Stehlin and the lessee is Blue Pacific Motel (1997) Limited.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application 7794206.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on
23 April 2008.
