The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a water pipeline easement. The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the said easement on 11 February 2008 if no objections have been received before that date.

Circumstances: Separation of the dominant tenement from the servient tenement caused by the subdivision shown as DP S90247.
