The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way. The applicants claim the right of way is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the right of way on 25 March 2008, if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 1 DP 64354 (Composite Computer Registers NA47B/97–NA47B/100) coloured yellow on DP 64354 and Lot 1 DP 152820 (Composite Computer Registers NA93D/715, NA92A/641–NA92A/643); marked “A” on DP 152820 appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 152820 (Computer Freehold Register NA99C/454).
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenements as a result of subdivision shown on DP 152820.
