Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Simon Espie, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for a recreation reserve and shall vest in the Department of Conservation on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
