Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and further declares, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for the generation of electricity.
