Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Auckland City Council at its meeting on
12 November 2008, declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
