Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an
error made in the notice described subsequently, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby revokes the notice headed Declaration That Land is a Reserve, dated the 9th day of August 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 August 2004, No. 97, page 2448, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Declaration of Land to be Historic Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council notifies that Lot 1 DP 63604 (Computer Freehold Register 20A/978) be declared as historic reserve in accordance with the requirements of section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977.
