Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby gives notice that a resolution to the following effect was passed by council on 28 November 2008.
“That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves
Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council
and described as Lot 1 DP 387152 (1.35 hectares
more or less) shall henceforth be known as ‘Gibbston Community Reserve’.
Additionally, that, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Part of Section 1 Block XV Town of Kingston, part of the paper road Jetty Street and part of Monmouth Street (0.96 hectares more
or less) shall henceforth be known as ‘Jetty Street Wetlands’.”
