Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
(a) Declares the area described in the First Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 322631, subject to mortgage 5703806.4.
(b) Declares the area described in the Second Schedule to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 322630, subject to mortgage 5703806.4.
