Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 9 October 2008 under minute number CL/OCT/1192/08:
“That Lot 1 DP 47333 (Computer Register NA1814/58), be declared to be local purpose (community buildings) reserve in accordance with the requirements of section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977.”
