and vested in the Hauraki District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated
with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA5B/426 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
