Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the vesting in the Marlborough District Council of the land described in the Schedule
and further revokes the reservation as recreation reserve with the effect that the land is now Crown land available
for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
