Under the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Conservation Support Manager revokes the notice of Acquisition of Land and the Classification and Naming of the Makatiti Dome Scenic Reserve dated the 19th day of June 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 June 1991, No. 96, page 2113, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

and Naming of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation gives notice that an estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule has been acquired as a reserve for the term of the lease, expiring
on 31 October 2070, and classifies the reserve as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act, and further declares that the reserve is to be known as the Makatiti Dome Scenic Reserve.
