Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, by reason of an error made in the notice described, revokes the notice headed Change of the Classification of a Reserve, dated the 18th day of January 2008 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 January 2008, No. 9, page 265, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Change of the Classification of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from Kotare Recreation Reserve to Kotare Local Purpose (community buildings) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
