Pursuant to section 346A(2) of the Local Government Act 1974, it is notified that the Dunedin City Council, by resolution dated the 7th day of July 2008, hereby revokes the limited access road status from Main South Road, Sunnyvale, and Main Road, Fairfield, commencing at the western boundary (extended) of 331 Main South Road, Green Island (Lot 1 DP 2468 (certificate of title 329/17)) and the western boundary (extended) of Howorth Road at its intersection with Main Road, Fairfield; a distance of 1000 metres.
