A Proclamation
Noting that the land described in the Schedule was on the 30th day of June 2008, classified as a government purpose (wildlife refuge) reserve1 pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, I, The Honourable Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the 30th day of April 1976, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 May 1976, No. 60, page 1159, and declare that this Proclamation shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
